Dagbjört Rós Helgadóttir, 25 year old. A student in dental technology. Plans to be a doctor or dentist. Her main hobby is horsemanship but she also likes jumping out of airplanes! as seen on the photos. Elka Halldórsdóttir, 20 years old. Graduated from Kvennaskólinn í Reykjavík in spring 2006 and is now studying biochemistry at the University of Iceland. Has been riding and competing on Icelandic horses from childhood.Interests: Icelandic horses, traveling, nature and being with good friends.

Freyja Amble Gísladóttir, 2o year old. Graduate from equestrian department of Hólar University. Main interest is horses and participation in horse shows. Freyja has been a very successful competition rider for years despite her young age. Currently she is training horses.

Hekla Hermundsdóttir, 20 year old . Graduate from the equestrian department of Hólar University. Her main interests are horses, animals, drawing and photographing. Her parents are German, and she has worked there as a horse trainer. She is raised on a farm in the South of Iceland and has loved horses since a child. Currently she is training horses in Iceland.

Lina Eriksson, 26 year old from Sweden. She has been in Iceland from 2003 and is a graduate from the equestrian department of Hólar University. Her main interests are horses and animals. Started in horses very young but came to know the Icelandic horse when she was 17. Since then there has only been one horse breed for her; the Icelandic. Sjöfn Sæmundsdóttir, 20 year old. Graduate from the equestrian department of Hólar University. Her main interest are horses and enjoying live. She is a country girl, born and raised in the a county called Dalir on the west cost of Iceland. She is currently training horses.

Tinna Viskum Madsen, 20 years old. Born and raised in Denmark with a Icelandic mother and a Danish father. Participant in Nordic Championships and World Championships for Icelandic horses. Graduated from the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in spring 2006 and is now working full time with training of Icelandic horses for competitions and breeding evaluations

Þórhallur Guðmundsson, 22 year old. Currently studying therapy massaging in Denmark. Nick named: The Amazing because of his acrobatics on horses on ice. His main interests are horses, acting, sports and reading good novels. Þórhallur has been riding horses since he was a kid and believes nothing can ever go wrong when he is training or performing!
